How The Process Works

Step 1: Submit The Referral Form Below

Please include as much detail as possible, and upload the patient's medical history, relevant diagnostics and dietary notes.

Step 2: Pet Parent Nutrition History

The Pet Parent will automatically be emailed a Nutrition History Form and asked to complete this. Their input on their pet's nutrition plan is crucial. Please Note: CANS turn around times may depend on the Pet Parent completing this form.

Step 3: CANS Develops a Personalised Nutrition Plan

CANS will carefully review all information and create an evidence-backed, personalised nutrition plan. The turn around time is typically within 48 hours, with urgent cases given priority.
